WHO I AM

So where did it all begin for me?? Well from an early age I was like every young boy, football obsessed, that soon turned into a sport obsession. After completing school I decided to join the military, British Army, where I represented my units in many different sports and bringing home trophies to show. The last couple of years of my militarry service I qualified as an endurance leader, which enabled me to help soldiers that failed their fitness tests or were coming back from injury, to getting back to basic fitness level. This is what sparked my love for helping others achieve their goals, so I knew that leaving the Army and moving into civilian life my calling was just that!!!!!!!! After injury to my ankles just before leaving the Army I put on a lot of added weight, so in my own journey to be the best I can be it was time to be a product of my own product . So I got to it and started to put my own theories into practice, 8 months down the line and I had lost a considerable amount of weight and then decided to now put it back on properly, with muscle. Fast forward 12 years and here I am still helping people with the theories and practices that have worked for me, never expect someone to do something you are not willing to do yourself.
